If so, you might be a great fit for our amazing team!Moreau Physical Therapy is looking to expand our team and bring a full time Talent Recruiting Specialist (TRS) onboard. This position will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process, from attracting outstanding candidates to interviewing and hiring exceptional team members for all departments and locations within the growing organization. The Talent Recruiting Specialist should be well versed in the development and implementation of effective recruiting strategies using various outlets such as social media networks, job boards/databases, cold calling, etc. In addition, the Talent Recruiting Specialist must have the ability to be flexible and cross train for additional human resources and administrative related duties as needed.The areas listed below are intended to give a general description and some areas of focus the TRS will be expected to perform but is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the responsibilities and expectations of this role. Design and implementation of the overall recruiting process Prepare recruiting materials and post positions to appropriate job boards, schools, websites, etc. Monitor and source social media outlets, databases and job boards for potential candidates. Establishes, builds and maintains excellent relationships with employee referral sources such as schools, colleges, professional licensing boards, state boards, etc. Coordinates and attends career recruiting events, job fairs, etc. Screen potential candidates' resumes and performs initial interviews as requested Regular follow up with management and location directors to ensure timeliness of the recruiting and onboarding processes. Our ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter, be flexible, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to organize and prioritize duties and responsibilities, be comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to audiences, be able to travel when required, be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines as well as be a team player.If this is you, we want you on our team!
