We are now seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic candidates to work in our Norfolk facility.Our Warehouse Lead will be responsible for all aspects of our warehouse team. Great supervisory entry position.RESPONSIBILITIES INCUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Ensuring all delivery vehicles are properly loaded and staged Recommending operational changes Assessing risks Ensuring safety guidelines are followed Resolving production problems Conducting performance evaluations Giving and receiving employee feedback Training employees Facilitating team participation Ensuring the Warehouse is kept clean and organized Ensuring all work is completed daily QUALIFICATIONS Must have strong communication skills, verbal and written Must be able to load, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds BENEFITS Benefits package - Basic Medical, Dental, Short Term Disability, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k with a generous company match Paid Vacation Pay is $15.00 / HR Work in a positive culture where people are recognized and make a difference COMPANY DESCRIPTION Sanitary Linen Service, Inc. is a linen rental supply and commercial laundry company.
