What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is multi-talented in most aspects of home repair (electrical, plumbing, AC, drywall, painting, windows, doors, screen repair, and appliance repair/installs). Someone who can think on their feet and will feel accomplished by finishing out any job right whether it be large or small. As a maintenance tech in the short-term rental industry, you will come face-to-face with guests and owners. You will be the difference between a good vacation and a great vacation. Qualifications: Previous experience in appliance repairs Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to and from work Schedule: This is a full-time position located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Shifts vary between 9 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 7 pm.
