At Jimmy John's there is no competition with other Door Dashers, Postmates drivers or Uber Eats, we use only our own drivers to deliver our food, so every order is cash in our delivery drivers' pockets. We do this by learning the most efficient route, double-checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law-abiding while on the street).Drivers are Guaranteed $15/hr if tips plus pay do not equal $15.00 per hour based on your weekly earnings.The $15.00 per hour consists of current hourly pay (driver in-shop and driver on the road) plus tips divided by hours worked as a driver.In the event that a driver does not earn $15.00 per hour (hourly pay +tips) by the end of the week, the employee will be given additional pay to equal $15.00/hr. (Pay + Tips + pay adjustment). On their paycheck.While not on the road, Drivers work as In-shoppers and are compensated accordingly. Delivery is a customer service job, so following customer's request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record Drive safe and obey the rules of the road Work as an in-shopper when there are no deliveries BenefitsFull-time employees are eligible for insurance/Vision/Dental
