Direct Support Professional Sub - Warsaw IN Adult Services Warsaw, IN, USA Starting wages: $16.00 This position is specifically designed to attract people in the community that are looking to pick up occasional hours during the week on on the weekend. Due to the nature of our field we will continue to provide 24/7 staffing in our Residential/Community Living sites and our job security is as strong as ever! Our Direct Support Sub position provides bi-weekly income, and the wonderful opportunity to make a difference! We will work with all Sub staff to find a schedule that works best for them with an emphasis on: full time, part time, 2nd's, 3rd's, and weekends. No past experience is needed to join our team as all necessary training will be provided. Options: PT- Pick up any hours that work for your schedule! (Minimum of 16 hours every two weeks) FT- Pick up any hours that work for your schedule! (Minimum of 32 hours per week) Seasonal- Pick up any hours that work for your schedule (Minimum of 400 hours per year) At Cardinal we DO GOOD WORK. Full Time or Part Time--------- Job duties include but are not limited to: Assisting individuals with their daily living skills such as budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene; Supporting individuals so they can enjoy activities both in their home and in the community; Implementing and documenting program plans. CHOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE- Job qualifications: valid driver's license (preferred), current auto insurance (preferred), and the ability to transport individuals in services safely.
