We are looking for Contracted or hourly Nurses to join our team RN Job description Provide skilled, complex nursing care and supervision to clients according to the Plan of Care and Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc.'s philosophy, standards, and policies Services include: The Registered Nurse Supervisor will complete participate in establishing and implementing the client's service plan in coordination with the staff providing the client's services. Provide services hourly or per visit to meet the required professional care. Regularly assess the nursing needs of the client. Conduct an initial face-to-face assessment of the client at the client's home of the resident. Provide nursing services as needed and by the client's service plan Work with both Clients and their families, accessing the home environment in determining the needs of Clients. Report problems and progress of client to supervisor and personnel or the client's Physicians Responsible for supervising CNAs and other home health aides. The Licensed RN shall perform an annual assessment and performance of the PCA, CNA, COMPANION, or SITTERS by direct observation or demonstration of tasks while the supervisees perform assigned tasks. The licensed Registered Professional shall supervise the provision of personal care tasks for clients determined to be medically compromised. , blind) and the sensory impaired.
