Department: PRODUCTION Reports To: GENERAL MANAGER Duties & Responsibilities: The MECHANIC duties include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and repair small gas and diesel engines, electric and hydraulic components Ability to communicate needed repairs back to Service Manager Ability to read manufacturer's schematics and diagrams Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment Set up new equipment Install implements and attachments to equipment Work efficiently in a team environment Some Saturday shift work required during peak season Ability to lift 50 pounds Education and Qualifications: Familiarity with tractor parts required. Positive attitude with a solid work ethic in high energy, goal driven environment. Excellent time management skills.
