The Pelican Golf Club is seeking a production chef to prepare meals for the clubs staff "Family Meal".Just like the meals for our membership we also have high expectations for quality.The person will also be responsible with making daily soups from scratch along with other items assigned by the Executive Chef.This is mainly a morning job working 5 days a week Tuesday -Saturday 8-4pm but the schedule is subject to change based on the club needs.You will also assist in the clubs production needs for banquets and club events mostly golf related.
