You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Premium Plumbing. You go out in the field and help fit pipes, dig ditches, clean dirt and oil from pipes, mount brackets, measure pipes, and cut pipes as well as bring tools and materials to plumbers. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly install pipes. You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. You also spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your knowledge and skills.
