The Arc Ontario Person-Centered Supports Manager 1/2 paid at 3 months and 1/2 paid at 6 months Salary: $22.95 - $24.44 Position Overview Do you love to cultivate relationships? Are you a natural leader? You would oversee and supervise Habilitation Coordination, Broker, and Creative Expressions/Community Classes. In this position, you must be organized and detail-oriented with HCBS Waiver regulation familiarity, however, there is also room for creativity as you help to grow and cultivate our Community Class offerings! Join us and you would promote our new initiatives for the persons supported at The Arc Ontario. Work Location: Canandaigua Main Facility and Eberhardt Schedule: M-F 8-4 (flexibility to meet program needs) Our Culture Investing in our staff while thriving in a flexible and fun work environment! Responsibilities Provides day-today management of all waiver service requirements associated with habilitation services to include documentation standards are met in accordance with regulatory requirements and agency best practices. Promotes person-centered planning in all aspects of service planning. Attends team meetings, as needed. Monitors broker supports per regulations. Attends broker trainings as required. Provides oversight and direction to the Creative Expressions team to ensure that the highest quality individualized services are provided within day programs and to the larger community. Assists the team in expanding to incorporate community involvement and integration, including creation and oversight of Community Classes.
