POSITION TITLE: INTEGRATED DENTAL HYGIENIST (MDI RDH)**$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS** **We pay CME/CEU hours and licenses ** REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: RDH Degree preferred Valid Florida Dental Hygiene License Minimum of 3 years' experience Able to work in harmony with medical staff Current BLS certification Self-Motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Work closely with the medical provider to assist in assessment of child's oral health status including assessment of oral pathology Provide nutritional counseling and oral hygiene instructions to both parents and child Provide toothbrush prophylaxis, dental polishing, placements of sealants when time permits Topical fluoride application Appropriate management of referral for pediatric dental treatment when indicated Cleaning and sterilization of instruments Cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and treatment areas Assist to increase access for urgent care and referral of patients to dental clinic Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None Job Posted by ApplicantPro
