If you're ready to find a long term home, keep reading! Who Are You? Y ou're someone who enjoys working outside, with their hands, and is mechanically inclined. You may have worked in an automotive repair shop, oil change place, or just simply like tinkering with your own vehicles. You're not afraid of getting dirty, working outdoors in all conditions and you learn quickly. You are hard-working, a Self-Starter, responsible, and have some construction experience. Job Requirements: We have a position open that you would support the operations departments by performing duties including, but not limited to , prepping and inspecting fleet vehicles, organizing the yard, assisting the pre-wet / labor team, minor tool repair, warehouse inventory, and occasional parts running. You must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds, work with construction related equipment and meet the requirements listed below Ability to following instructions and work with little or no supervision Safe driving record Ability to operate Forklift (required) Familiarity with construction/heavy equipment Some manual labor loading and unloading materials Have a good sense of General housekeeping/maintenance of the Yard facilities Familiar with use of hand tools Familiar with light maintenance of vehicles Familiar with working in the heat Bilingual a Plus Why should you join Rummel Construction ?
