Success of an instructor includes the ability to collaborate, simplify, communicate, advocate, celebrate success, build trust, empower others, and improve the college community and its programs. Minimum Qualifications : Successful Background Check Recognized Industry Credentials Ability to teach GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, D1.1, 1104 using stainless, aluminum and steel
