Housekeeping InspectorCape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is looking for a housekeeping supervisor. In conjunction with the director of housekeeping this person will be responsible for managing the team of housekeepers, turndown attendants, and public cleaners to ensure that both guest rooms and public spaces meet the resort's cleanliness standards. The successful candidate must be able to motivate, train and direct the team to provide warm and genuine service to our guests.The responsibilities of the housekeeping inspector include: Training the staff to provide the resort's sequence of cleaning services and to adhere by all cleaning and sanitizing protocols Mentoring, coaching, and counseling the staff Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public space Providing day to day support to director of housekeeping Establishing safe working conditions through proper training Assigning and organizing daily duties Providing exceptional levels of service to our guests The role requires knowledge of housekeeping service techniques, basic computer skills, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Two years' experience in a luxury resort is preferred.Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is an exquisite 27-acre waterfront resort on beautiful Pleasant Bay.
