Environmental Chimney Service is currently hiring for a full-time Manager to join our chimney service team in the Arden, NC area. This essential management position earns a competitive wage of $18 per hour. Our chimney service Manager is essential to the operational success of our company as you focus on providing top-notch management and oversight for the inner workings of our company. You are responsible for guiding the scheduling of work appointments from both the office and the field, as well as writing and maintaining SOPs to sustain the systems that guide our company. This helps ensure waste reduction across the company. You are a leader who leads by example through strong work ethic and communication, and you remain approachable, so our team members not only enjoy working with you, but also feel confident in approaching you when questions or concerns arise. You are happy to lend a hand where needed, and pride yourself in being organized and efficient. At the end of the day, we rely on you to help ensure our team is working together and jobs continue to go off without a hitch!
