We are a well-established and growing, full-service HVAC and plumbing service provider in Western, PA. We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our phenomenal team! Pay Scale : Up to $45.00 per hour, dependent upon skill set + Benefits Work Hours: Must be able to arrive and be ready to start work by 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a half-hour lunch. Opportunities for overtime are available! Emergency on-call rotation as needed. Required Qualifications : 5+ years' experience with residential and light commercial HVAC installation Willingness to travel to the service area of Western PA Valid Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record Excellent Customer Service Skills EPA Universal Certification NATE Core Certification Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing Ability to comply with all safety rules Willingness to invest in hand and power tools Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments High school diploma or its equivalent
