As a Washer Technician at Nordic Ware, you will oversee the production of Nordic Ware's industrial washers. You will set up and maintain washing equipment to ensure daily production requirements are met. Technicians will utilize their leadership skills while directing the work activity of assigned personnel. What you will get to do: Arrive at workstation prior to beginning of shift and set up washing equipment to ensure that production begins on time. Determine priority for washing products based on daily production schedule. Maintain proper chemical balance and all record keeping. Clean washer tanks and pipes as needed. Complete minor equipment repairs as needed. Complete daily production records. Keep work area clean and orderly. Work on paint line or production machines as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll bring to the role: Prior experience with manufacturing production and quality standards. Available to work overtime on short notice as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the position. Maintain a reliable record of attendance and punctuality. Experience with industrial washing equipment and its maintenance preferred. Experience leading a team preferred - work effectively and responsibly with temporary help.
