Habitat America, a regionally based third-party property management company, seeks a professional part time (approximately 20 hours per week on average) entry level Leasing Consultant/Admin for Channel Square in SW Washington, DC. Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is someone who can answer phones professionally, take messages, greet visitors, check packages, and sign in guest. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role is a plus but not required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties.
