Sayres is seeking Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts , preferred with Confidential level Clearance or ability to obtain in support of NSWC PD (Philadelphia Division) in Philadelphia PA . A hybrid work environment with some required on-site meetings is authorized for this position. The Integrated Logistics Support Analyst will support all technical logistics requirements to support the planning, schedule, cost, resourcing, and risk management for all life cycle phases of integrated Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) ship and ship systems in support of the Navy's Land Based Test Site (LBTS). ILS tasks apply to the following areas: Design, Outfitting - Installation - Test - Evaluation, Design Documentation, Environmental Analysis. Minimum skillsets: Experience with Reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on shipbuilder contractually required submittals to develop system configuration and parts provisioning records. Experience with engineering drawings and data to develop Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) and electronic system and equipment configuration, provisioning, logistics, and alteration record Provide concept, preliminary and detail facility design logistics documentation program support Develop a detailed Systems and Descriptions Manual, which fully describes the functionality of the system and outlines how the system fully meets all design requirements and operating parameters including figures and diagrams. Develop functional checkout procedures for engineer-derived designs for subject systems/equipment Develop operating procedures for engineer-derived designs for subject systems/equipment Develop maintenance procedures for engineer-derived designs for subject systems/equipment Develop test procedures for engineer-derived designs for subject systems/equipment. Test procedures shall include the following information at a minimum: Reference Documents (such as Specifications and Standards), associated Technical Manuals, associated Drawings, Pre-requisites, Estimated Time to Perform/Test Duration, Required Personnel, Data Collection Requirements, Test Instrumentation, Tools, Equipment, and Software Requirements, Special Precautions & Safety Requirements, Plant Conditions, Post-Test Data Analysis Methods, Emergency Shutdown Procedures, Electrical and Mechanical Alignments, Inspections, Actual Procedure, and additional notes as required. Provide Sparing Support Information, Preservation and De-Preservation Procedures for engineer- derived design Provide Mission Readiness Panel (MRP) support such as EOSS diagrams, egress routes and other Documentation Read and interpret Ships Installation Drawings (SIDs) and ILS Certifications in order to identify configuration worthy equipment items. Preferred BS/BA, Associates Degree acceptable, HS Diploma min required. 0-5 years (Junior); 5-10 Years (Mid); 10+ years (Senior) professional experience in Integrated Logistics Analysis and Support. Preferred Skillsets: Relevant Experience with Outfitting, Material Tracking, Logistics Plans and Documentation and/or Training in support of Navy ship systems and shipboard operation. Familiarity with research using Naval and commercial databases such as Haystack, Logicom, Technical Data Management Information System (TDMIS) and Planned Maintenance System - Management Information System (PMS-MIS) to determine parts, Technical Manuals (TM), Allowance Parts Lists (APL), Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and other ILS products.
