Imagine360 is currently seeking a TPA Claims Intern to join our team! Imagine360 specializes in reducing health insurance costs for mid-size businesses. Our company collaborates with employers to design self-insured health plans and establish limits for payment of medical claims that are based upon health providers' actual costs of services. The Internship Program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience within our corporate environment. We are seeking students who are available and can work in a remote capacity beginning in May and ending in August. Interns will work up to full-time per week during the program. Position Location: 100% Remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborating with leadership team to determine and prioritize business strategies Managing project schedules and meetings Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork Planning, coordinating and keeping contents of a meeting focused Providing tactical support to implement ideas Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals Responding to inquiries on behalf of the claims leadership Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes Providing Chief Executive and other senior leaders with insight and analysis in operations Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshops Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization Required Experience / Education: High School Diploma or GED Strong Communication skills Great leadership capabilities Excellent time management Strong problem solver Organizational skills Want to see our latest job opportunities?
