Altitude Trampoline Park is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our team! Our Team Members are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park jumpers. What You Need: Excellent communication skills reliable transportation, to and from work completion of in-house safety training work experienced a plus, but not required. A Typical Day Set up party rooms with colorful decorations to create a festive atmosphere for the party guests. Ensure each person who enters the building is accounted for and has a waiver and a wrist band. Track and account for additional guests, food and party add ons in the POS system. Coordination of party group experience in specialty areas such as Dodgeball, Valo, and our newest attraction Freedom game, a competitive obstacle course for all ages Serve pizza, soda and cake to all party guests. Maintain a clean environment throughout the party. Ensure final payment is collected. Suggest guests purchase additional time for anyone who would like to the remainder in the building. Clean party room/tables thoroughly and take trash to dumpster at the end of the party Make sure all supplies for parties are stocked for the next party (Party water/soda cooler, paper plates, plastic silverware, paper towel dispensers, etc.) Perks -Flexible schedule -Competitive Pay + tips -3 day work week Altitude Trampoline Park is the world's premier trampoline park that offers fun and exercise for jumpers of all ages.
