American Heritage Credit Union, a $4 billion credit union, has an immediate opening for a experienced Robotic Process Automation Developer. This position will perform software development functions for the credit union's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) activities. Integrate back-office and external systems with the RPA processes. Provide an ultimate level of service to the members, clients, and associates of American Heritage Credit Union. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Support the IPSoft chatbot software and integrate our existing software into the chatbot. Interview chatbot users to collect information about issues and lead users through diagnostic procedures to determine source of problem. Maintain an understanding of the chatbot user interface (UI) to tune the system and business processes. Provide end-user support in the event of chatbot failure/malfunction. Create and maintain documentation relevant to RPA. Use a variety of technologies for connectivity and data transfer between systems. Maintain an understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) and incorporate into the chat process if necessary. Escalate issues to tier II support, networks, or the security group as necessary. Maintain communication with third-party vendors (eg. UIPath, IPSoft, phone Provider). QUALIFICATIONS: One to three years of similar or related experience. At least two years of experience in troubleshooting PC issues involving hardware and software problems. Experience with Microsoft products required. Proven ability to write SQL, Scripts, and API. Working knowledge of system integration and programming. Working knowledge of RPA system tools such as UIPath. Advanced working knowledge of Symitar, MS Office, MS Project and Windows. Requires judgment to apply broader aspects of established practices to situations which go beyond clear, concise guidelines.
