About the role: The Construction Field Supervisor is accountable for day-to-day construction operations for aerial and underground infrastructure. Included in the responsibilities are: Ensuring team safety and quality Ensuring project productivity through pre-construction evaluations, proactive roadblock resolution and maintaining efficiency. Ensuring complete and complaint field reporting and daily documentation What does the job look like: The Construction Supervisor performs several important tasks, some common ones are: Partner with Quality and Safety teams to ensure your teams are aligned with regulated and company requirements. Conduct weekly meetings with your team to convey company news, policies and changes Administrative tasks necessary to report status or compile required project deliverables What are the job requirements: The following lists the recommended skills, experience, certifications, and accomplishments that are required for this role: 5+ years managing OSP telecom fiber optic deployment construction projects Leadership in growing teams for best in class results OSP operations acumen and problem solving What Velox offers: Velox provides a great workplace and working environment.
