WAREHOUSE PARKER/FUELER Spee-Dee Delivery is looking for a self-motivated and independent worker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As the Warehouse Parker/Fueler, you are responsible for ensuring vehicles complete the process of being fueled, unloaded, washed, and parked. You will also assist operations with accurate sortation of freight. HOURS AND WAGE: Full-Time: Monday- Friday, 5:00PM - 3:30AM with flexible day off Paid OT at time and a half after 40 hours per week Full-time starting wage: $18.00-$20.50 per hour based on experience, plus shift differential DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drives empty fleet vehicles to the appropriate location to be washed and parked Oversees truck washing employees to ensure all vehicles are washed thoroughly Parks fleet vehicles in the appropriate route docks Carries a radio and reports to terminals for vehicle swaps Communicates with the Fleet Maintenance departments regarding vehicle changes Supports warehouse staff with sorting freight Sorts, loads, and unloads freight in a safe and accurate manner Performs other duties as assigned YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: At least 18 years of age and hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards Ability to operate a manual transmission, or have the willingness to learn Have obtained a High School diploma or equivalent degree Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background Ability to read labels at a fast pace and work with a full range of motion with no limits to standing, squatting, stair climbing, overhead lifting, walking, and lifting freight weighing up to 100 pounds Ability to work with all types of freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous materials, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals BENEFITS: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) plan, Quarterly Bonuses, and more.
