Work start and end time: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion) Primary Job Function: To install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license and Insurable driving record Drug-Free Workplace Minimum two years of install experience in changeouts Knowledge of various types of HVAC equipment Proficient at residential and light commercial installations Knowledge of equipment start-up and basic troubleshooting techniques Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams. Ability to read and follow blueprints and diagrams Able to run, braze, and test line sets Correctly install, insulate, and seal ductwork Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes Have a current EPA certificate Provide own basic hand tools Advanced Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings and ability to comply with all safety rules Excellent customer relation skills and an open mind to think outside the box Qualifications Desired: 2+ years of installation experience Well organized and able to work independently and as a team Possess excellent written and verbal English language skills Energetic personality Willingness to invest time in training and classes Have or be able to obtain and maintain NATE certification High school diploma or its equivalent We utilize a third party for all our hiring, please DO NOT contact us directly.
