Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to direct and organize the activities of the Food and Beverage Department and to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits. Plan and dir e ct the functi o ns o f the administration and pla n ning o f the Food a nd Beverage Department to me e t the daily needs o f the operations. Clearly descr i be, assign an d de l egate r e sponsibility a nd authority fo r the operation o f various food and beverage sub ‐departments, roo m service, restaurants, ban q u e ts, kitchens, s teward, e tc.
