Indemnity Security and Investigations is currently seeking, an experienced and adept individual for the position of Security Scheduler. The responsibilities of the Security Scheduler position includes, but are not limited to the following: Prior experience in scheduling officers is a must (minimum of 1 year) Establishes, maintains and reviews schedules Matches available staff to posts Responsible for monthly schedule Minimizes avoidable overtime Contacts and redeploys staff to fill call-outs Responds to schedule changes and client requests Inputs information into automated resource system Takes calls from employees and sites Communicates with supervisors and management Energetic and focused individual with the ability to take initiative Able to do coaching and training employees/ answering questions Ability to write effective and concise reports; knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software and Outlook Interact professionally with all levels of individuals in a calm and courteous manner Must possess a valid D License 40 hour weekly work schedule *Benefits* After 1 year employment 5 days paid vacation Tickets at Work
