BILINGUAL SPANISH ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE- INTERNAL RECOVERY $21/hr. PLUS MONTHLY BONUS! FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE FULL TIME AND PART TIME Looking to jump start your career? As a Bilingual Spanish Account Representative for Internal Recovery, you will work as a team and an individual to work with consumers and arranging a payment arrangement for their charged off debt. Previous experience working in collections or in a call center environment is not necessary, but a nice benefit for this role. A DAY IN THE LIFE: Interact directly with consumers, review account information, establish payment and document call results. Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude, respectful to both consumers and teammates. Contribute to team and personal performance goals, work independently and effectively as a team. Apply listening, negotiating, organizational and problem-solving skills to maximize team performance. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to actively listen and negotiate as needed. Basic computer skills, organizational and problem-solving skills Possess a strong work ethic and can maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Reliable and demonstrates the ability to consistently work the assigned schedule. Bonus Qualifications: Collections and/or customer service experience (banking, telemarketing, sales) Ability to handle conflict by remaining calm and de-escalating the situation. Results oriented, goal driven and competitive, multi-tasking in fast paced environment. COMPENSATION/HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full Time and Part Time positions available Work hours can be: (8am - 4pm or 10am- 6pm or 10 hours x 4 days a week) Flexible schedule (College Students, Single Parents) Hourly range is $43,680 yearly + BONUS. Monthly Individual compliance bonus opportunities ON THE SPOT INTERVIEWS: Monday-Friday: 10am to 3pm at our corporate office: 16 McLeLand Road, St. Cloud, MN. BENEFITS: 3 weeks accrued Vacation (PTO) first year. 8 paid Holidays annually. Medical, Dental, Life and vision Insurances.
