Position Summary: Maintenance and upkeep of all County Parks and associated building and grounds are done in a safe and efficient manner consistent with the Sweetwater County guidelines. Essential Functions of Position: Maintain grounds and landscaping: mowing, raking, watering grass, pulling weeds, trimming, etc. Maintain building and grounds: washing, painting, etc. Constructing and repairing fences, benches, tables, playground equipment, etc. Digging ditches, repairing plumbing and irrigation equipment. Cleaning and maintaining equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Desired Education/Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to lift 75lbs. repeatedly. Communicates effectively both orally and in writing. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with fellow employees, officials and the public. Equipment Knowledge: Must be familiar and have experience with, but not limited to, the following equipment: Vehicles: cars, pickups and 1-ton trucks Job Posted by ApplicantPro
