At Wet Noses Organic Dog Treat Company, the Warehouse Baker is responsible for performing a variety of baking duties to assist with the preparation of Wet Noses Natural Dog Treats; which includes direct and indirect contact with raw ingredients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES To perform the job of baker successfully; an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Mix raw ingredients per Wet Noses Natural Dog Treats specifications/batch sheets. Puts finished dough into hopper. Inspects treats to ensure they meet the standards required for production. Puts finished product into super sacks as required. Report food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Wash hands prior to direct handling of food. Sanitation: Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment. Knowledge of product & ingredients. Thorough understanding of dough consistency.
