Now Hiring: Preschool Teacher & Teacher Assistants Daycare Teacher Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Daycare Teacher Schedule: Monday - Friday, Willing to work flexible hours between 7:50 AM - 5:30 PM Daycare Teacher Here is what we offer: Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Insurance, Dental, Vision annual, and financial match Professional Development and Growth Competitive Pay 36 - 40 hour work week with hours between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM 4/4:30 PM. If you find these activities exciting, then this job is for you: Teachers will implement lesson plans in Spanish and English Supervise students and provide learning, support, and guidance in and outside the center Developing meaningful relationships with students Giving constructive feedback to help them grow and improve Must have strong English communication skills and basic Spanish and as you will be expected to interact with colleagues, parents, and students Understanding and attentive to student needs, and have the desire to continue learning and growing in the field of early education Daycare Teacher Qualifications: High School Diploma required An Associates degree in education or CDA preferred An undergraduate degree in Early Care & Education preferred A Master's degree in Early Care & Education preferred Some experience in a childcare setting preferred Willing to work flexible hours between 7:50 AM - 5:30 PM Able to lift 40 lbs and walk outside with children, squat/kneel, sit on the floor, and handle all sorts of weather and stress. Obtain or refresh the First Aid and Infant Child CPR certificate Pass Child Neglect/Abuse Screening Complete the TB Test Fingerprint and National Criminal history screening National Sex Offender Check Ability to complete continuing education annually We are not only passionate about building a place where you can make an impact on future generations but also about building a great company to work for.
