How this program works: Apply to participate in the Resident Assistant - CNA Training Program . Participate in a successful interview. Start working as a resident assistant. After 3 successful months working as a resident assistant, sign up for a CNA class schedule that works with YOUR schedule. Dove Healthcare covers all costs! Participate in the 75-hour CNA Class - WE WILL PAY YOU TO ATTEND! Take the state exam to obtain your Wisconsin Nurse Aide Certification.
