Possess an in-depth understanding of physical principles and laws and their application Possess a broad level of mechanical expertise that can be applied across several roles or functions Learn new or unfamiliar mechanical concepts quickly Follow directions as given, written and verbal Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings Safe use of ladders Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES Understand how to use various tools Arrive on time daily Dress in a workmanlike manner Unloading/Stocking supplies and Equipment Unloading/Loading truck Ability to fill out a daily time card accurately Be able to lift/move/carry equipment Possesses both written and verbal English language skills Demonstrate willingness and commitment to developing customer service skills Qualifications desired: Excellent verbal skills Professional phone skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well organized and ability to work independently maintenance technician, entry level service technician, hvac jobs, hvac tech, hvac technician, ac technician, duct, A/C, AC, heat, boiler
