AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE Young Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional for our Accounts Payable Department. We are driven, enthusiastic, and determined people who value positive attitudes and a willingness to learn! We are currently seeking talented individuals with experience in the Automotive Industry to become part of our growing Team! Job Duties: Post all vendor invoices and verify for accuracy. Maintain and add new vendor names and W9 files. Reconcile monthly vendor statements and run payables by the deadline. Cut daily checks including Trade Lien Payoff checks as needed after approval. Pull and post manufacturer invoices daily. Reconcile manufacturer statement monthly. Run and remit 1099's yearly. Job Requirements: High School Diploma; College Degree a plus Dealership experience and knowledge of automotive and general accounting duties. Moderate computer skill levels (Internet and MS Outlook); CDK experience is preferred. Competence to manage in a high influx call environment. Aptitude to transition from one task to another clearly and concisely. Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team. Flexible schedule to work full-time with varying extended hours during accounting cutoff periods.
