KidsSPOT is the parent company of Excellence Behavioral Services Due to our extreme growth within our pediatric care, we are currently seeking Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) to join our Kid SPOT Family. Our close-knit group of caregivers is excited to bring you to our team. We are also located in various areas of Florida, North Carolina, Texas, and more that allow easy transition if moving is in your future. The Contractor Position offered allows you to choose your clients, schedule, and locations that fit your needs Salary : $68.00 - $75.00 per hour for contractor option, $90,000-95,000 per year for W2 salary option. All your cases will be assigned BCaBAs who will assist you on the case and provide you with flexible hours. For W2 option, KidsSPOT/ Excellence offers its employees a generous employee benefits package including: BCBS Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision insurance, Aflac, 401K plan with a generous contribution, 8-day paid holiday, PTO, discretionary bonuses, and much more.
