Decatur Heat and Air Inc. is a second-generation company that brings over 40 years of experience to residential and commercial HVAC customers in the Wise County TX area.Currently, we're looking for HVAC Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and not afraid to work hard, have good customer service skills, and enjoy helping people. Primary Job Function : To assist with installations of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customers with a high-quality experience. Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, overtime as required Pay scale : Up to $18 per hour depending on experience + Benefits Benefits : Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, IRA with Company Match Required qualifications : Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens HVAC experience is a plus HVAC training preferred Construction or other similar work experience preferred Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Must be able to crawl in tight spaces and work in extreme weather conditions apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
