One Vision is seeking Full- Time, On-Call-Float, Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) that will float within one our HCBS sites. Float placements are located in: Garner & Clear Lake Benefits of working with us! Opportunities for personal growth and development within the organization. Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance. 401k plan with match 4% match on 5% contribution after a year or 1000hrs worked. 2 Weeks PTO/Sick accrued in a year. $350 sign on bonus Employee Assistance Program with access to free counseling, legal, and financial consultation. Minimum starting wage for DSP on-call-float is $17.50/hr.+ based on experience and education. QUALIFICATIONS Direct Support Professional experience preferred High School diploma or GED Current Med Aide certification or obtained within 3 months of employment Basic computer skills needed to complete documentation Current driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to use equipment to lift people that cannot lift themselves Ability to lift and transfer individuals Ability to pass a drug test Schedule Our DSP HCBS On-Call-Float are on-call every other week (weeks run Monday - Sunday) with the opposite week to be filled with open shifts, of your choice, to fulfill a full-time status. During the week of On-call status shifts are assigned as needed. These shifts could range various hours throughout a 24-hour period, including the potential to be working a 12-16-hour shift.
