1:2 Part-time Support Staff Need - JOB# (JF-S/SG) This position requires one DSP staff to support 2 teenage girls on Saturday's from 10:00am-3:00pm. The girls are looking for support staff to assist them in participating in activities of interest such as: going to the movies, swimming, board games, going to the mall, Get Air, and the arcade. This is a part-time position but additional hours are available with other people receiving services at the agency. Starting pay : Starting pay i s $17/hour and increases with years of relevant experience. Location: Clay, NY- Near the corner of Buckley & Bear Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work independently in the person's home and/or community Reliable with effective communication and organizational skills No experience required but experience working with people with disabilities preferred New York State Driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record required Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community All job offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check completed by Exceptional Family Resources (EFR). EOE EFR is a qualified employer in the New York State Health Care and Mental Hygiene Worker Bonus (HWB) Program. Employees who meet the minimum required hours may be eligible for up to two bonuses, with a total maximum payout of $3000.
