Cambria Hotel is adding a full-time agent to the team. This person will flex between 1st shift (7am to 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm). The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience within a fluctuating environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations. Answers and transfers phone calls. Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc. Other duties as required with the department.
