Principal Architect: The Enterprise Architecture team is an exciting team with the mandate to design, develop, govern and drive the global technology strategy for the Bank. This role will work closely with a Senior Principal Architect (Director) and additionally will have a great deal of exposure to senior executives, business line leaders and a diverse set of stakeholders to backss current capabilities, identify opportunities and design future state operating model, capabilities, and implementation roadmaps. The Architect will also assist in leading the execution of key technology initiatives working with teams across technology to ensure that the strategy becomes reality.. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Strategy Deployment: Work with technology teams to understand current state gaps, future state capabilities needed and industry landscape Lead the prioritization and development of implementation roadmaps to address gaps and ensure solutions are in line with enterprise vision Architecture Leadership: Lead one or more large scale technology initiatives from inception to execution working with technology teams across the Bank Work with teams to perform business analysis to develop viable business cases including initiative cost/benefit analysis, hardware/software costs, resource forecasting, financial analysis, excel modeling and work with pivot tables Lead streams within a project or a project workstream, including leading problem-solving sessions, workshops and interviews with cross-functional and business line working team members and subject matter experts Stakeholder Management: Present and communicate with our CTO, engineering heads and other senior leaders on an ongoing basis to gather feedback, report progress and solve issues Work closely with technical teams and SMEs to ensure technology initiatives.
