Program Analyst- DoD

Description:
The Program Analyst will support scientific, engineering, and technical analysis of prospective and ongoing prototypes and demonstrations of emerging, innovative technologies; provide support to project management, proposal reviews, analysis, and funding recommendations; demonstrate understanding of security standards and information security and compliance frameworks, controls and best practices; maintain a thorough understanding of the processes and procedures of the office; and support or develop briefings and documentation as required. Respond to daily inquiries and requests for information. Coordinate and collaborate across the Department of Defense and with other Government agencies, academia, and industry for situational awareness and information sharing. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors' Degree and 8 years of relevant functional experience 2 years of experience working in a project office, or command group; weapon system development; and coordinating between functional areas or organizations to address technical or programmatic issues.· 1 year of experience coordinating with government agencies and contractors related to weapon system hardware development and associated issues and supporting risk assessment functions within an organization.· Secret or higher DoD security clearance. Other Qualifications: Direct experience in the tactical and strategic planning for an organization Experience in support of a government office as a contractor, civilian, or military officer.
