BASIC FUNCTION (the primary purpose of this position):Assist in baking operations of the main kitchen bakery. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Promote a clean, safe, healthy and friendly work environment for employees and guests; report and direct safety issues to Safety Committee.• Prepare rolls, muffins, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries according to the house requirements and recipes.• Check the production schedule to determine the variety and quantity of goods to be baked.• Makes sure bakery is clean and sanitized.• Distribute baked goods according to orders received.• Other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (objective educational or technical training required; skills; and years of experience):• One year experience in all phases of baking.• Experience in decoration of cakes preferred.• General commercial kitchen knowledge.• Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies This description of duties, responsibilities and requirements is a summary, and is not intended to include all that may be assigned or required.
