A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A FIELD INSPECTOR HomeRiver is looking to Hire a full-time Field Inspector to join our team. As our Institutional Field Inspector, you will be responsible for quickly getting to the homes to effectively manage timelines. You will be dedicated to field operations and site visits, these team members will receive their assignments from the Vacancy Coordinator and will be guided by the Maintenance Manager. Lastly, your daily tasks will include: Turn/Rehab QC Inspections, In-Person Utility Connections, Smart-Lock rekeys, pre-move out, move out, move in inspections, hero shots (pre-marketing photos), yard signs, lockbox installations and vacant unit inspections. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FIELD INSPECTOR High School Diploma or equivalency 1+ year(s) experience in Property Management (Preferable) 1+ year(s) experience within the Residential Maintenance Field Ability to work with various technology platforms (Cloud based systems) Intermediate experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapt to new computer systems Valid driver's license with proof of insurability and reliable personal transportation WHAT HOMERIVER GROUP HAS TO OFFER Competitive salary, depending on experience.
