We are hiring a full-time Program Support Specialist to coordinate and assist with site visits and other programs. The start date for this position is July 1st . This human services position earns a competitive wage of up to $19.20 per hour . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST As a Program Support Specialist, you provide crucial support to all of our programs, helping us stay accountable to our benefactors and governing agencies. This includes monitoring files, home visits, and family assessments. You analyze and report on our programs so that we can gather the data we need to improve our services. Using the information you gather, we can report back to our stakeholders to guarantee continued funding for our vital programs. A big part of your job is quality assurance. You help us implement detailed quality assurance plans for each of our programs and frequently check in to ensure that the plans are being followed. Your satisfaction comes from contributing to building healthy families and knowing that your work promotes thriving communities throughout Kansas! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM SUPPORT SPECIALIST Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of study Computer skills, including word processing, database management, and Microsoft Excel Experience in providing home visiting services KCSL requires all employees to be fully vaccinated by January 2022.
