Select Laboratory Partners, Inc. is seeking to hire a NC licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner(NP) for full or part time roles at our Revolution Mill Clinic in Greensboro NC. Under our SelectWell™ brand ( https://www.selectwell.com/ ), we provide a wide range of corporate health primary care and wellness services for employees and their subscribed family members with a primary focus on a whole-person approach to wellness. Our SelectWell™ philosophy complementary to traditional clinical practice of medicine by providing greater insights into early diagnostic indicators of disease, improved patient understanding of these indicators, and access to evidence-based, lifestyle management resources designed to guide actions to better manage existing illness, prevent future disease and improve health outcomes. We provide services including but not limited to: physicals, preventive care, immunizations, minor office procedures, acute care, chronic care management, metabolic health and diabetes prevention and reversal programs, integrative wellness coaching, women services and more. We see it as our mission to help patients "Know Your Health".Position - Monday - Friday, 10:00 am- 4:00 pmJob duties include but not limited to: Taking patient histories Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injures Perform physical exams Ordering and interpreting diagnostic laboratory tests Recording information in patient chart Instructing and counseling patients and provide patient education Prescribing medications and other therapies Referring patient to appropriate providers Provide patient chronic disease prevention and management through use of lifestyle medicine License/certification:PA - Graduate of of Physician Assistant degree program certified by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) and must have passed the Physician Assistant National Certification Exam (PANCE)NP- Graduate of an approved nurse practitioner school, RN or Certified Nurse PractitionerRequirements: Minimum of two years Primary Care/Wellness experience focused on the use of integrative, functional, or lifestyle medicine. Must be capable of seeing patients independently with physician back up available.
