Our continuous and rapid growth is attributable to the caliber of employees 4M strives to hire and retain. We are currently seeking a Material Release Engineer for our team in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities: Assist in evaluating the system's Technical Data Package (TDP) to confirm it is complete, accurate and meets all requirements for fielding. Review and identify issues, risks and concerns associated with the TDP Interface with customer and program subject matter experts Prepare presentations, analyses, and reports for government/customer stakeholders Deliver oral and written system risk and assessment presentations to peers, program management, senior leadership, customer, and regulatory agencies Provide input for a recommendation for a full material release, partial material release, or conditional material release Requirements: US Citizenship required BS in a technical field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Active secret security clearance Agile software development process experience Software/Systems quality experience Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project) Ability to communicate well and work within a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and attention to detail skills Possess a flexible and positive attitude in the face of challenges and ambiguity Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, completing tasks and information Accountability for results and deadlines.
