We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer that is focused, reliable, honest, and hardworking & who can follow directions and complete projects promptly.We will invest in your career progression/training. Pay Scale : $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, dependent upon experience + Benefits Benefits : Health Insurance (we cover 100% for employees), Dental, Vision, Vacation, Holiday, Tool Account Program, Tuition Reimbursements, In-House Nate Certification company paid, 3% Ira match, Defined Career Path Work Hours : 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with an hour lunch and overtime as needed. Required Qualifications : Must have all Level 1 and 2 qualifications in addition to the following: Level 3 tools Valid EPA Certification for Level 1 & Level 2 Proficient in installing round and rectangular duct Able to measure ductwork and install all equipment accessories Basis understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings Can complete production homes unsupervised and on budget Be enrolled and pass year 3 HVAC school Can complete simple low-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners. Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, builders, and other trades Maintain builder and sub-contractors relations Ability to complete all necessary paperwork Able to complete and follow through on change orders Braze line sets Must possess a universal refrigeration license Test line sets Able to supervise others HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
