($25K new hire Sign-on bonus plus $15K Relocation incentive*) Announcement 2802132 Jefferson Healthcare ( www.jeffersonhealthcare.org ) is looking for a full time OR Nurse to join our growing Surgical Services team as a surgical circulator. Our next OR Nurse: a RN who is committed to providing the best care to patients - circulating experience is a plus! Interested in learning - our circulators get to do a lot of different roles! Enjoys versatility in their practice Caring &Compassionate with patients & each other Independent, adaptable, and a "start with yes" attitude Thoughtful, team-oriented communicator and collaborator The Role The circulating nurse works inside the operating room as a patient advocate and promotes continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. You are m otivated to learn & grow in your role as a circulating nurse: o ur nurses are involved in all phases of care for the patients - admitting, intraoperatively, recovery, and sometimes helping discharge patients or taking them up to the inpatient floor. This role will work closely with surgeons and CRNAs and will get to be partners in care delivery, interacting with lab, x-ray, mammography, etc. If you feel you've got the qualities we're looking for, and the opportunity to do something very special sounds great to you, let's chat! Qualifications Current Washington state RN license in good standing Current CPR/BLS (Healthcare Provider) and ACLS required (or obtainable within 90 days of employment), CNOR preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Specialty areas may require additional experience, certifications, and licenses Two (2) years of circulating experience preferred Two (2) years of PACU/Med Surg/ICU/ED experience preferred Endoscopy experience preferred 20 minute ON CALL response time availability required *$15k Relocation Incentive only applies to new candidates moving within the required 20-minute radius of Jefferson Healthcare hospital Schedule 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift Learn more about Jefferson Healthcare here .
