Our Burnsville Carefree Living is looking for Resident Assistants to join our growing and established Assisted Living community in Burnsville, MN. SHIFTS: Part-time day & overnight shifts available RESPONSIBILITIES: Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided Assist adults with activities of daily living Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the client's needs. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
