Corning Clinic is hiring LCSW, LPC, or LMFT 1st Choice Healthcare is accepting applications for a Behavioral Health Provider for our Corning Clinic. This position will be part of the healthcare team whose primary purpose is to work in conjunction with the health services within the health center in order to provide assessment diagnosis and treatment planning of behavioral health to children, adolescents, adults, and families in order to improve psychosocial functioning. At 1st Choice Healthcare , we embrace and practice patient-centered care and we strive to provide all of our patients with the best possible medical care. We encourage each patient to take an active role in their healthcare. We believe that in addition to helping patients when they are sick, we can and should help guide them in making healthy choices for preventive care. 1st Choice Healthcare is a non-profit, Joint Commission accredited, Federally Qualified Health Center. We welcome all members of our community, especially those unable to afford care. We are founded and governed by our community. Qualifications Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT Must have experience in the continuity of patient care planning. Crisis intervention skills Must be knowledgeable of short-term brief intervention therapies. COVID-19 Vaccination is required. Applicants must be willing to travel to clinic locations.
